I’ve been a big fan of Google’s Calendar for quite some time. I believe that for individuals and small businesses, there is nothing better. I love the sharing options, and the fact that it works easily on my Mac, Linux, PC and Windows Mobile. Pretty slick.
PC World has a good article with 26 user tips.
They did not include two tools I use. I have Thunderbird/Lighting on my PC and Linux box, to replace Outlook. I use Provider to keep my Calendars sync’d across all three computers. There is an excellent How-to Here: http://bfish.xaedalus.net/?p=239
I also use GooSync to keep my windows mobile phone Sync’d. One of only a few programs/services I pay for, but I like it. In theory, Plaxo can sync calendar items, but I’ve never gotten that working bidirectional, it always created duplicates.
